Role Overview:
The Marketing Strategy Professional will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies while also contributing to the creative design aspects of the marketing materials. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, capable of blending insightful marketing tactics with visually appealing creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the restaurant’s brand to its target audience.
- Design visually compelling marketing materials that align with strategic marketing objectives.
- Utilize an understanding of Chinese aesthetics and cultural elements in all marketing and design initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and creative approaches.
- Manage the production of all promotional content, ensuring consistency in style, quality, and alignment with branding standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field is a must.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing strategy development, complemented by skills in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing effective marketing campaigns and high-quality design work.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with an in-depth appreciation of Chinese cultural nuances.
