- Batching of trade related documents and forms
- Prepare docs to send out via courier and assist the team to key in courier request
- Statement and FX contract retrieval extraction, fee waiver, retag, upgrade via EAP
- Bringing physical forms to PBCs for processing and manage Inward and outward mail bags (review documents content)
- EWF scanning/ extraction/ reconciliation, preparation and print on Letter Head
- Order stationary, general filing and document archival
- You will also need to assist in any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level/Diploma holder with some admin working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and IT Savvy.
