Role and responsibilities
-Managing the opening and closing procedures of the cafe.
-Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
-Procuring fresh ingredients, kitchen tools, and equipment to replenish stock as needed due to damage or depletion.
-Capability to work during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Capable of working overtime and handling other ad-hoc tasks.
-Weekly concise briefings for staff on duty.
-Capable of lifting heavy items roughly 20KG when necessary.
-Capable of filling in various roles, including kitchen and dishwashing, when other staff members are off duty.
Requirement
-Open For Singaporean & PR only
-Demonstrated work experience in the role of a waiter.
-Practical familiarity with cash registers and ordering information systems such as lunch box POS or Grab POS.
-Minimum diploma qualification is required.
-Exceptional presentation abilities
-Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, adept at thriving in fast-paced environments.
-Flexibility to work in shifts.
