- Leading a team of AOM/OE and managing commercial projects.
- Having strong skills in building good relationship with company clients and business partners.
- Must be able to response fast towards client’s feedback and all other kinds of communication.
- Ensure all sites reports and attendance reports submit on time.
- Conducts regular checks onsite to ensure standard of cleaning is maintain.
- Ensure onsite work safety and cleaners wearing proper PPE.
- Good knowledge of different cleaning method etc marble polishing, carpet shampoo, disinfecting.
- Good knowledge of cleaning materials and chemicals.
- Good knowledge on cleaning machineries.
- Able to work under fast pace and handling of client’s complaints.
- Must be a team player and strong leaderships skills
