Able to work as a team with an operations executive to oversee a group of employees at various jobsites (Approximately 100 employees)
Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for employees
Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Aggressive, friendly, proactive, and responsible person
Possess basic computer skills and knowledge
Handling of daily administrative work (eg. preparing documents, employment contracts, etc)
Able to negotiate
Posses strong drive to learn
Assist HR Manager
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
