· Lead presales efforts, solutioning customized solutions effectively for Smart Integrated Management Platforms in the Built Environment.
· Identify customer needs and ensure all necessary information is collected prior to proposing a solution.
· Design and develop customized solutions for clients.
· Provide pre-sales technical support, answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
· Client management and prompt follow-up.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales and internal team.
· Provide assistance and support for tender bids.
· Responsible for in-house demonstration setup and management.
· Responsible for marketing materials such as corporate presentation, brochures, fact sheet, website and digital marketing.
Requirements:
· Experience with Smart Integrated Building/Facilities Management Platforms
· Experience in Energy Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, Fault Detection Diagnostics, Carbon Tracking, IoT, User Experience Workflows, IT infrastructure, Operational Technology (OT), Building Services, and Physical Security Systems
· Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value of the company's offerings.
· Preparing of solution diagram, technical specifications, documentation and budget.
· Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs and demonstration preparation.
· Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends to effectively position the company's products or services.
