Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage and execute strategies for membership acquisition while maintaining a retention strategy to build a strong referral base and retain members.
- Monitor and improve current membership channel and continually search for new business and marketing avenues.
- Support the respective committees of SMF’s industry groups and their activities as directed by your supervisors.
- Working together with team lead to manage the daily functioning of the 5-industry group, associated work groups through event organization.
- Provide support duties including preparing agendas, writing minutes and other logistical tasks and events.
- Canvass for sponsorships and collaborations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management/Engineering
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Marketing
- Resourceful with strong self-initiative, willingness to learn with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Good attitude with an ability to work independently as well as a responsible and good team player
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
