The Inventory Analyst is responsible for overseeing the inventories and aid the sites when required, in terms of how to manage, where to park or adjust the inventories to solve issues.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of decks for Quality & Inventory, MBR & QBR
- Support in ops and business reviews in terms of data, metrics and inventory topics
- Driving system delta resolution and investigation
- Weekly validation of inventory adjustments and part number changes
- Periodic check on aging inventory and expired batteries
- Periodic check on sweeps order execution
- Support ad hoc data requests
- Analyze inventory levels and insights
- Support initiatives required in RHO team where automation can help
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Report bugs with detailed analysis and findings that is noticed data source or customers’ dashboards
- Provide data to management for decision-making
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field
- Programming skill for BigQuery, SQL Script
- Basic dashboard knowledge, especially in Looker Studio or PowerBI
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite
- Experience with SAP/WMS is beneficial
- Knowledge of supply chain management
