Description
- For helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them
- Must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients
- Directs, plans, and coordinates operational activities for the company
- Working knowledge of current promotions and sales events
- Collating orders from customers and tallying with payments received
- Checking on inventory and processing orders where possible
- Prepare all documents for delivery
- Collate and coordinate all orders and communicate with delivery personnel
- Answer any customer queries and handle customer feedback or any dissatisfaction from our products
- All messages should be checked constantly and urgent messages are expected to be answered even if outside of official working hours
- reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- gaining a clear understanding of customer’s requirements
- feeding future buying trends back to employers
- communicate with overseas supplier on products supply and coordinate for shipment
- manage of ecommerce websites (Example: own website, shopify, lazada etc......or social media to drive online sales)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
