Our Client’s Service/ Product: Production and Sale of Egg products
The Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback on a timely basis
- Perform billing administration
- Ensure invoices are in order and billed accurately
- Verification of proof of delivery documents
- Other administrative duties include filing, scanning, or photo-copying
The Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level
- At least 1 year of related working experience in billing-related functions
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Availability to start on short notice preferred
- Self-starter, positive working attitude, and good team player
- Able to work independently and handle high volume work under a tight deadline
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Bilingual in English and Chinese for effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking customers
