Info Desk Officer

The Role:
· Handle customer calls and enquiries.
· Resolve customer complaints and gain their feedback.
· Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction.
· Provide customers with product and service information.
· General administrative duties.
The Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
· Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality or related industry.
· Pleasant personality, team player with positive work attitude.
· Excellent written skills.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office suite
· Singapore citizen
