Salary: up to $4,300 Basic + Transport Allowance ($1,200 with own car / claims if without) + OT Pay + Standby Allowance $350
Work Days: 9am to 5:45pm from Mon to Fri
Work Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all preventive and corrective support functions necessary to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with company’s range of products.
• To plan corrective and preventive action visits for local customers.
• Provide technical support to local customers to ensure customer needs are met.
• Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department’s KPI are met.
• Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
• Review and maintain spare parts to support operations.
• Required to provide 24 hours standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma / Degree in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of field service work in medical related equipment or in vitro diagnostic device
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, resourceful, analytical, strong trouble shooting skills, customer focus, team spirited with positive working attitude
• Maintain at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers
• Willing and able to be on 24/7 standby on a weekly rotational basis (with standby allowance and overtime pay)
