Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for interior design and a knack for business development? We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Utilize your creativity and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing revenue.
- Client Presentations: Showcase the portfolio and services to potential and existing clients in a compelling and professional manner. Tailor presentations to address client needs and demonstrate the value of partnering with our client.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing personalized solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1-2 years of business development working experience in a related field within interior design industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
