We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible handling day to day accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to AR and AP functions, including collections of AR and payments of AP
- Handle cash book and bank reconciliation
- Ensure payments received timely
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
- Prepare/enter/upload journals for month end closing
- Prepare monthly schedule
- Prepare and generate invoices to customers
- Prepare and send Statement of Accounts to customers
- Requires monthly bank' and customer' accounts reconciliation.
- Preparation of year end accounting audit schedules & reports for company auditors
- Generate monthly Profit & Loss/ AR and AP aging
- Experience in GST submission
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel & Words
- Knowledge of preparing full set accounts
- Knowledge in using Xero is preferred
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in an Accounting function with 2 years of working experience
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is preferred
- Willing to learn and adapt fast working environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work with minimal notice period
- 5 working days
- Hybrid working environment, 2 days per week working from office for collaboration purposes.
