Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment of non-executive and contract staff for all brands
- Responsible for new staff on-boarding process
- Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries from line managers and to provide accurate and timely information and advice
- Administer work pass application and renewal for foreign employee
- Administer performance appraisal process
- Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files
- Collate monthly headcount reports
Requirements:
- Degree qualifications with at least 3 years of hands-on experience; with proficient knowledge on local employment legislation
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Keen to learn and a team player
- Able to work under pressure and willing to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
