Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Solid experience in game design focusing on statistical models, level design, and progression systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in game statistics and economy.
- Deep understanding of game mechanics across various genres, particularly RPG and Casual games.
