Job Responsibilities:
- Based on BU requirements to design, develop & maintain data marts
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing appropriate data governance and data management practices.
- Work closely & collaborate with IT teams & Data Engineers to optimize BI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
- To conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical and analytical techniques to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- To support business decision making which have identifying trends, patterns & correlations
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely & collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics solutions
- Effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner while present findings and insights to senior management and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Min 6 months of relevant work experience (Intern experiences can be consider)
- Expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools and technologies.
- Good knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling, and data mining techniques.
- Familiarity with at least one programming languages such as Python or R & proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge in cloud environment: AWS/ Azure/ GCP
- Proficiency on using Tableau & Power BI on creating dashboard
- Having good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Good in Communication & Presentation skill)
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
