Job Responsibilities:
· Full spectrum of secretarial support to directors, including managing calendar, scheduling meetings, business appointments, etc.
· Provide general office administrative and IT matters.
· Making travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations when needed;
· Co-ordinate and updating of ISO matter
· General office housekeeping and reordering office supplies;
· Other ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
· A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant executive support experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. and excellent computer skills
· Verbal and written articulacy. Preferably bilingual.
· Professional discretion
· Well-developed time management skills
· Good organisation skills and interpersonal skills
· Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player.
· Customer-service oriented and a highly motivated individual
