Position: Healthcare Assistant
Location: North-East Region
Salary: Up to $2400
Job Description:
- Guide patients to their assigned beds and facilities
- Respond to patients’ calls and communicate their requests to the relevant department
- Assist patients with basic needs such as toileting, bed sponging, serving meals, feeding, and changing diapers
- Accompany patients to the toilet and provide assistance as needed
- Monitor and ensure the safety and comfort of restless patients
- Clean spills and maintain cleanliness of beds, lockers, and non-patient areas
- Assist in managing inventory of linen and department items
- Keep the pantry stocked and notify nursing staff when supplies are low
- Perform other duties as assigned by department supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent
- Basic reading and writing skills in English
- Willingness to work in a shift system (No Night/Graveyard Shifts)
