Responsibilities:
- Preparing the financial summary reports to the Management, based on the various financial
documents submitted by subsidiaries and regional offices. - Analyse current and past financial data and performance.
- Create any material to satisfy various purposes as required.
- Report to Manager and Management on monthly or required basis.
- Manage financial related data and the database.
- Reporting Business Plan by using BI application.
- Prepare the documents for corporate business strategy based on management instructions.
- Incorporation information obtained from group companies and regional offices into the
business plan. - Support to develop presentation material for Management.
- Support in preparation of Internal Audit for HQ.
- Coordinate for group companies BOD meeting
- Coordination with group companies for any report to HQ
- Assist to organize any meetings where necessary.
- Collect market and competitor’s data and do the analysis for APRHQ business planning
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience & open for corporate planning duties
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to adopt to any software and system to maintain financial data.
- Strong time management in multiple tasks concurrently required.
- Strong skill in documentation.
- Good ability to build up a long-term relationship with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japan HQ.
[Advantage]
- 3 years of Corporate Planning experience
- Working experience in Japanese or Foreign companies’ HQ.
- Working experience in construction or Engineering industries.
- Have experience using Business Intelligence tool preferably
