Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Regional stakeholders to develop strategic business plan by driving and deliver retail productivity and profitability, KPIs growth, CRM and consumer service excellence
- Identify opportunities to drive implementation of new and improvement plans when needed
- Prepare weekly reports and follow up on outstanding issues
- Provide leadership support to business expansion, such as remodeling and new doors opening
- Lead and coordinate annual stock take process
- Coordinate and compile incentive reports, and training programs
- Display strong business acumen, analyze business results, identify business trends, and maximize sales generation potential
- Ensure operational excellence across all outlets
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operation Management
- Passionate in Retail and able to engage with different level of stakeholders
- PC literate, knowledge in POS system
