We are looking for Locum Staff Nurse to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

- Conduct home visits for chronic ill/palliative patients referred for care.
- Perform nursing assessments on patients during visits.
- Coordinate with doctors for medical assessments and follow-up visits.
- Monitor patients' medication adherence as prescribed.
- Perform nursing procedures including wound dressing, urinary catheter insertion, nasogastric tube insertion, and tubing care as needed.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Educate caregivers and families on basic nursing procedures to enable ongoing care at home.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year inpatient/outpatient experience
- Experience in Cannulation is preferred
- Meet the immunisation requirements
- Valid SNB and BCLS
