- Position : Safety Officer (WSH Officer Registered/Construction) – Up to $7,500 + AWS
- Location : Island-Wide various sites (Office at Kaki Bukit)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday - 8am to 5p | Saturday 8am to 2pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + $150 Monthly phone allowance + Transport Claims + 14 days AL + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and enforcing workplace policies that affect health and safety of staff and workforce.
- Conducting health and safety employee training onsite and assessing current health and safety policies at the workplace and suggesting improvements.
- Providing reports on the state of health and safety compliance by the workforce.
- Develop Risk Management (RM) plans for respective work processes and work areas.
- Develop WSH programme initiatives to promote compliance with WSH procedures.
- Develop Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) procedures in collaboration with team members.
- Establish RM and Risk Assessment (RA) teams within respective work processes and work areas.
- Maintain Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) processes.
- Manage incident and accident investigations, data analysis and reporting.
- Plan WSH compliance inspections and routine checks and set up WSH programme steering and working committees.
Requirements:
- Valid WSH Officer registration / certificate with MOM
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on construction projects
- Proven track record as Safety Officer in construction for minimum 2 years
