Role Description:
- You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times.
- Support customer queries over phone and email, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist our Travel partners – OTA and local agents with ticket sales
- Handle enquiries for private bookings of tour – Corporate Preschool and PA
- Adhoc admin and data entry
Experience:
Minimally 2 years’ experience in customer service, call centre or tele-marketing.
Requirements:
You should be resourceful and dynamic with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A pleasant and friendly personality with the passion to provide good service to our internal and external clients. Ability to work independently as well as be an actively contributing team player
Education:
Possess N, O or A levels. Diploma in any discipline.
