Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $2600 - $3500
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm)
- Location: Kaki Bukit MRT
Job Scope:
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes from suppliers
- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity
- Responsible for coordinating subcontract material with sub-tier suppliers and subsequent deliveries to factories
- Review and analyse purchase requisitions. Coordinate purchasing activities with suppliers, manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventories In a cost effective and timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of database information in Purchasing module
- Responsible for reconciling and managing company inventory movement
- Responsible for all escalations and very best outcome for all material requirements within responsible scope to meet OTD and customer commitments
- Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value
- Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer/QA to resolve quality issues
- Any other task assigned by the Company
