Job Descriptions
- Assist in updating of the current ICT asset database.
- Develop mechanism to track the deployment and return/termination of the tablets.
- Manage the deployment of clients’ tablets that will be replaced by the new tablets.
- Respond to emails and set up FAQs on tech-related queries.
- Review of mechanism to automate staff/ members of public's request for resetting of IT tools, eLetter passwords and creation of account.
- Provide project support such as raising of change requests for application and system changes.
- Assist in the tracking of completion of system accounts and privileged activities log review.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Diploma in Information Technology is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft application, mobile app, network, and server systems.
