Responsibilities:
- Developing, optimizing, and implementing new technologies to enhance process capabilities.
- Oversee subcontractors and enforce safety guidelines of the company.
- Conduct technical research, validate processes, and provide reports.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing safety regulations.
- Support in developing and improving the Quality Management System.
- Provide assistance to production, engineering, and warehouse improvement projects.
- Recognize production/engineering underlying causes and implemented corrective and preventative actions.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
- Experience of facility & equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as with the team.
