Responsibilities:
- Supports the AFC models introduction such as demo, launching, and semi-shows).
- Identifies and reports new product ideas and innovations to expand the product and service portfolio.
- In charge of the feasibility studies and sample construction for new business opportunities.
- Participates in R&D initiatives to set target requirements and purchase the end-result.
- Develops strong technical product knowledge and problem-solving skills through systematic knowledge transfer between the Product Line, the R&D team, and the several regional support centers.
- Performs assessments, benchmarks, and demonstrations.
- Assist Sales and CPMs with Pre-Sales activity and build strong technical customer relationships with key accounts.
- Provides CPMs and Sales with technical information and updates.
- Providing technical solutions for customer concerns in coordination with Field Service Engineers
- Perform investigation on the issues at the customer sites and assists the Engineering team (Software & Hardware) in resolving them promptly.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintaining demo equipment as necessary.
- Provide training to the customers and FSE’S on existing and future FC platforms.
- Perform documentation and manual writing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- With 3- 6 years’ experience in Product Support with customer engagement and/ors technical environment.
- Solid understanding of the FC/AFC process.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications.
- Willingness to travel.
