- General Ledger and Fixed Assets – oversee the month-end closing of WSEF
- Review monthly journal entries.
- Review monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Review monthly financial reports.
- Review monthly overhead reports (variance analysis and 12-month rolling forecast)
- Review fixed asset register.
- Ensure that revenues and costs have been recognized appropriately and in compliance with FRS.
- Preparation of project accounting.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of adhoc project reports and responding to queries from management on project accounting.
- Preparation of audit schedules.
- Banking and Treasure Management – forward contracts, cash management
- Monitor & review LC applications
- Review weekly reports on forex exposure and bank guarantee file.
- Liaise with bank on trade activities.
- Review PV for forward contracts.
- Monitor and review bank loan due & rollover.
- Review of monthly cash flow forecast.
- Approve petty cash claims.
- Review AP and payments.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- ACCA or Accounting Degree / Chartered Accountant
- 3-5 years experience in construction / manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Singapore Goods and Service Tax
- Basic command of written and spoken English
