Our client: A multinational Korean trade and distribution company which is specialized for petroleum product.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure smooth trade administration and bunker operations.
· Input daily transactions, manage contracts, and update files.
· Provide timely updates to traders and prepare trading documents.
· Generate daily transaction reports and coordinate bunker scheduling.
· Verify supplier statements, issue invoices, and resolve disputes.
· Assist in month-end closing and collaborate with departments as needed.
Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with finance, accounting, or trading
· Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
· Adaptability and multitasking capabilities.
