- Dispatch/Mobilization Support
- Make travel arrangements
- Arrange Visa handling / coordinating
- Timekeeping maintenance – check, verify & correct
- Course booking
- Managing Engineers Profile/Personnel Data Maintenance in DMS
- Raise Spares Requisition
- New PN Population
- Parts Quotation
- Purchase Requisition and PO receiving
- Filing of documents in DMS
- Report Submission
- Back-up support and carry out any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within an administrative team
- Excellent Organizational Skill
- At least 1 year experience in the same field
