Job Description:
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for logos, brochures, banners, social media posts, website visuals, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistently represent the brand's visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all visual elements, both online and offline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and photography best practices to continuously enhance the brand's visual presence.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including templates, logos, images, and fonts, to ensure consistency and easy access for future design needs.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure smooth execution and delivery of printed materials, maintaining quality control throughout production.
- Capture high-quality photographs that showcase products, events, and other relevant subjects for marketing purposes.
- Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop or other editing software to enhance their visual appeal and meet project requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both disciplines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign).
- Proficiency in photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and editing.
- Knowledge of current design and photography trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines.
