Product Manager/ Product Lead
Location: Remote/ Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of cutting-edge web products, ensuring they cater to the requirements of our clients and the dynamic market.
- Utilize data insights and market analysis to develop hypotheses and craft effective experimental strategies.
- Independently establish objectives and tactics, fostering fruitful collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilizing clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
- Actively align organizational objectives with personal development goals.
- Drive successful product launches through seamless communication and cooperation with diverse teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.
- Ensure congruence with organizational goals while fostering personal development.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in the development, design, or management of web products.
- Proven track record in formulating hypotheses based on data and market insights, and executing efficient experiments.
- Demonstrated capability to autonomously set objectives and strategies, coupled with adept collaboration skills in English and Korean, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in aligning organizational aims with personal growth aspirations.
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective interaction with various teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers, to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Experience in spearheading product launches.
- Proficiency in Lean Startup and Agile methodologies, achieving optimal outcomes within constraints of resources and time.
- Background in enhancing user experience metrics through data-driven strategies.
- Passion for and experience in global fintech, big tech, and financial sectors.
- Fluency in business-level English and Korean as you will need to communicate with Korean only speaking clients
