Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for landscape projects.
- Collaborate with landscape designers and architects to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
- Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of landscape designs.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals for landscape works.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Landscape Design, Architecture, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for landscape projects.
- Prior experience in AutoCAD and other design software.
