Working closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing, the incumbent will work on strategies to build a strong brand identity for The 1872 Clipper Tea Co.
- Assist in developing the brand's retail touchpoints, from tea bar to product packaging, to create an impactful specialty tea brand.
- Oversee the retail tea bar openings with the team to ensure all brand collaterals, contracts, payment platforms and brand platforms are prepared in time for launch.
- Assist in creating and executing campaigns that enhance brand’s image and positioning.
- Working to align the right partners for the growth of the brand, ensuring our brand value proposition and message is communicated accurately.
- Implementing the marketing plans for the brand to grow its retail tea bar presence in Singapore.
- Ecommerce & Marketing
- Manage the routine daily e-commerce operations on our e-store, which includes customer enquiries, order processing, monitoring stock status
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms with internal teams to ensure products, promotions, content are up-to-date and accurate.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, e-commerce projects/campaigns and integrated brand plans.
- Managing the eDM calendar and marketing communications for retail and e-store.
- Leverage on marketing automation to implement lead generation, drive engagement, traffic and conversions for the e-store.
- Developing and crafting eDMs together with the Creatives, according to our marketing calendar. Manage the content ensuring best practices are maintained and report on results.
- Coordinating and building the social media content in-house and coordinating with external freelancers or photographers where necessary. Coordinate with the manager on the annual marketing calendar and translate this vision into coherent social media strategy to bring the brand to new heights.
- Maintain best practices guides and templates for the digital marketing communications channels.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business studies, Mass Communication, Management, or related disciplines with 5 years of relevant experience in retail/e-commerce industry
- Good digital knowledge across all platforms, social media savvy, and e-commerce activities will be favourably considered
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS office applications
