Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Director,
- Responsible for full spectrum finance matters for 8 countries, consolidating and reporting key financial insights to management
- Subject matter expert on finance matters, liaise with external consultants on audit and tax matters, ensure compliance with reporting requirements/timeline
- Execute and track monthly budgets and financial performance regionally, present meaningful data to senior stakeholders
- Lead system improvement projects on Netsuite, automate reporting process and shorten timelines
- Support fund raising activities, perform due diligence exercises
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting and Finance, qualified accountant with at least 10 years of working experience
- Experienced with a professional accounting firm, such as Big 4, combined with commercial working experience in financial controlling capacity
- Industry experience with start up, technology services companies will be highly advantageous
- Regional working experience across APAC, able to work in fast paced set ups to support cross border expansions
- Highly motivated, tenacity to excel, possess leadership skills to manage large finance teams and ascend their progression
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment on strategic initiatives
- Stable employment track record, exhibits intellectual curiosity
