Brand Guardianship
- Together with brand hub team, be the voice of the hub in all pre-opening calls with internal teams and suppliers
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand identities, markers and experiences across the HUB for opening hotels
- Support positioning workshops and share best practice to guide hotel team
- Manage Taskworld for all Marketing and Brand functions to ensure delivered on time
Brand Strategy and Execution
- Support the conceptualization of facilities such as Food and Beverage and Wellness outlets
- Work closely with regional marketing teams for the creation and implementation of Brand and localized initiatives
- Support, represent and participate in various brand validation processes
- Guide the team on the brand and marketing elements of the commercial opening plan
- Onboard the hotel teams with the Brand presentations, brand vision, portals as well as the requirements of the brand audits
- Coordination of the monthly GX data for MEA working closely with the brand leadership and commercial country leads
Development & DTS
- Support new opening hotels to ensure successful on brand openings
- Be aware of all DTS standards per brand as well as product and experience standards
Budgetary Work
- Support the hotel on their POB and consequent planning for all Brand touchpoints to include signage, uniforms, imagery and brand marker delivery
- Guide and support the hotel team for the budget and marketing plans for their brand and suitable for their market utilizing annual budget packs
