Description
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services for Opex, involving tasks such as obtaining quotes from suppliers as needed. Typical activities include requesting quotes, utilizing framework agreements, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to Tactical Procurement Procedure, policies, and operational excellence standards within the Business Unit (BU).
- Efficiently carry out the relevant steps of the Source-to-Pay (P2P) process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite, and Receive) to ensure the acquisition of the appropriate service/product at the right time and place.
- Proficiently utilize the ERP system, acting as a key user for the OCS system.
- Contribute to the effective implementation and monitoring of procurement contracts, including activities such as ensuring contract visibility, managing updates, and tracking contract end dates.
- Support the Manager S&P in systematically managing the supplier base, particularly in terms of evaluating supplier performance periodically and managing documents as part of the Supplier Management Program.
- Assist in periodically measuring and analyzing processes and their outcomes by assessing global and local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as P2P efficiency, cost savings, and contractor safety.
- Participate in discussions regarding recommendations for enhancing performance.
- Develop, utilize, and advocate for S&P technology and systems for P2P and reporting purposes, providing information and solutions to customers and supporting decision-making.
Candidate's Profile
- 2 years of experience in procurement and/or quantity surveying. Fresh graduates with some experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in administration within procurement and/or finance would be a plus.
- Experience with ERP system is a plus.
- Prior exposure to Purchase-To-Pay management and contract adminstration is a plus.
