Responsibilities:
- Cultivate awareness and rapport with developers / architects / designers to advocate and market the company products, particularly in the realm of decorative and refurbishment solutions.
- Meet monthly sales and specification targets outlined in the budget.
- Leverage market insights from ongoing projects to identify sales and specification prospects.
- Assist and collaborate with sales personnel to seize sales and specification opportunities.
- Identify prominent and engaged architects and designers, facilitating tailored presentations for specification endeavors.
- Offer insights on potential new products to enrich the product line and adopt a system-oriented sales approach.
- Support in the development of the Singapore Sales Team in alignment with the budget, advising on pivotal issues affecting budget attainment.
- Provide input on training, marketing, and new products needed to foster area growth.
- Generate sales and specification reports, forecasts, budgets, and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of Sales experience within the interior design/renovation sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- With presentations and time management skills.
