- Full time: 5 days, Retail Hour
- Part time: 2 weekdays 5pm-9pm / 2 weekends 10am-9pm, $12/h
- Attractive remuneration package commensurate with relevant experience.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
- Attend to enquiry via phone calls
- Schedule patient’s appointment
- Process invoice and payment collections
- Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
- Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
- To perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements：
- At least Secondary School / "O" level or equivalent
- Basic IT knowledge
- Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
- Be open to learning new things
- Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
- Proficiency both in Chinese and strong command in English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking customers
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
