Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities, including financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations.
- Develop governance framework / Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s business activities, liabilities and investments
- Perform financial assessment of capital and investment opportunities
- Manage treasury operations and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure appropriate cash flow management that suits the organization’s operations
- Ensure financial reports (actual, forecast and budget) are prepared accurately and on a timely basis to provide insights for management decisions.
- Set up and oversee the company’s accounting system and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with the local legislation, international accounting standards, Group and Company’s policies
- Manage team of financial professionals.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar discipline is necessary
- Additionally, having a Master of Science in Finance or Business Administration is considered an advantage
- Have more than 10 years’ of experience managing big company’s financial department or handling a large corporation’s division
- Possess a high level of written and oral communication skills that will be useful in connecting with the executive and senior management team.
- Possess a strong finance and accounting skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
