Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the finance department, setting and implementing strategies for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support the organization's financial health and business objectives.
- Develop and refine internal control systems to enhance transparency and efficiency across financial operations, particularly in securing and managing digital transactions.
- Manage corporate investment strategies and portfolios, focusing on maximizing returns in highly dynamic and technologically advanced markets.
- Direct the accounting and financial processes of the organization, ensuring compliance with evolving financial and regulatory standards pertinent to digital finance.
- Spearhead process improvements in financial operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs, integrating cutting-edge financial technologies.
- Conduct internal audits and due diligence audits, with a keen focus on assessing risks associated with new financial technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and guidance on all company-wide projects, especially those involving innovative financial mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in finance, including roles in investment management, accounting management within an ODM company, and leadership in a prestigious audit firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, costing, budgeting, internal control design, internal audit, due diligence auditing, and process improvement.
- Professional certifications as an Enterprise Appraiser and Intangible Asset Appraiser.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing large teams and complex financial projects.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
