Functions and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Business Developers (BD) in the assigned regions (ASEAN + Taiwan):
   1. New project selection, engineering, pricing, documents.
   2. Spare parts or Spare Units pricing.
   3. Retrofit selection, engineering, pricing, documentation.
   4. Prepare quotation based on opportunities and recommendation from BD.
   5. Build up “market relevant” know-how for internal and external customers.
   6. Joint visits with BD to customer on technical clarification, trainings, as well as to build up good relationship.
2. Assist the Official FLENDER Partners in the assigned regions:
   1. Technical queries.
   2. Technical trainings.
3. Liaise with Service Manager:
   1. Failure cases of any kind, asking for diagnosis, root cause analysis, reports, remedy.
   2. Warranty claims of any kind.
4. Liaise with FLENDER factories:
   1. Special ricing on both new project and service business.
   2. Feedback on engineering proposals to be used in projects in both new project and service business.
   3. Suggest to the factories new project and service business alike on a more sensible design alterations as part of Continuous Improvement measures.
   4. Assist BD to explain to factory on any technical deviations from the original order.
5. Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years experience in related industry.
