Responsibilities:
- Liaise with academic staff and students on research processes to ensure smooth submission of grant applications
- Assist in the development of new administrative processes/procedures that improve the efficiency of research- related data-capture, grant submissions, and reporting and to ensure that all are in compliance with terms and conditions of relevant grants where applicable.
- Compile reports as requested by the Dean of Research.
- Periodically review operational efficiencies and introduce changes if and as required to improve systems and to effect policy and legislative changes.
- Assist to develop and maintain business-partnering relationships with academic staff.
- Guide and advise staff including Principal Investigators, where relevant, and their teams with regard to documentation compliance (e.g., consultancy agreement to support vendor creation, authorization etc.)
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification in Diploma (Business Administration) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Research Administration or relevant working experience
- Meticulous, multitask and a team player
- Able to communicate with staff from all levels
Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 4,000
