Job Responsibilities:
· In strategic HR domains, partner with business stakeholders by taking a proactive and consultative approach. Work together with HR counterparts on employee communication and solution execution.
· Provide expert guidance on HR policies, initiatives, and procedures as well as assistance for the well-being of employees throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, deployment, development, and offboarding.
· Form a close collaboration and active participation with the core management team in order to create HR strategies that facilitate the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
· Lead particular projects as specified in the yearly business and HR strategy plan, and participate in both functional and cross-functional projects.
· Apply frameworks, tools, and techniques to diagnose issues and co-develop solutions that ensure buy-in from senior leaders and other stakeholders (including sharing relevant practices in the market and data analytics/insights).
· Act as an efficient people catalyst between the business and HR & communicate organisation’s strategies and policies to officers.
Job Requirements:
· At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in a large organisation, preferably with a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / IHRP certification.
· Strong ability in partnering with business stakeholders for effectively aligning HR strategies with business objectives for organisation’s success.
· Proficient in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from on boarding to off boarding and provide professional advice on HR policies, initiatives, and processes.
· Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and data analytical experience with an ability to work independently.
