Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of cleanroom facilities according to established protocols and schedules.
2. Train new cleaning staff on cleanroom cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
3. Conduct regular inspections of cleanroom areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted cleaning operations.
5. Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment for cleaning staff.
6. Collaborate with facility managers and quality assurance teams to address any cleaning-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Maintain documentation of cleaning activities, inspection reports, and inventory records for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
8. Continuously evaluate and optimize cleaning processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
9. Provide leadership and support to cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and professionalism.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in cleanroom cleaning to enhance operational performance and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleanroom cleaning, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols, cleaning techniques, and contamination control measures.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for cleanroom operations, such as ISO 14644 and GMP.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
