Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of IT staff.
- Oversee IT cost and service performance.
- Responsible for technical and administration activities for clients IT infrastructure which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration of business-critical infrastructure such as servers, workstations, and system/network equipment.
- Responsible for IT hardware, software, and maintenance procurement
- Review and submit IT budgets (operational and development) for approval.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Networking or any other related field of studies.
- At least five (5) years of experience is required.
- Effectively administrate Windows Active Directory, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Veeam Backup, Cisco L2 Switches and Palo Alto, Firewall.
- Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting PC and server hardware knowledge.
- Professional certifications i.e., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) will be advantageous.
