In this position as an Senior Policy Analyst, you will be responsible for managing data and Statement of Accounts received from Insurance Clients. You will be involved in the end to end validation of the data, recording of SOA information into the system, cross checking of data and be the key client contact to manage and resolve data issues, as well as providing accurate and timely information for internal and external reporting purposes.
The ideal incumbent will be involved in reviewing of policy and claims data received from clients to ensure adherence to treaty limits and conditions and ensure all details such as premium charged, commission rate are correct before confirming the SOAs with clients.
skills and experience required
- 2+ years of experience in policy processing/operation department
- Experience handling reporting using, Pivot table, Vlookup, MS Excel and Excel Formulas
- Ideally with Life insurance background and familiar with Life & Health insurance
- Strong capability in MS Excel or data management or SQL is essential
- Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders and external customers at all levels
- Strong team player with good analytical skills and attention to details
- Motivated to take ownership of work and to seek further responsibility
