Company Overview: We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, high adaptability in the business environment, strong analytical skills, self-motivated, independent in self-learning, great at communication and teamwork with a strong passion for marketing.


Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels, managing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


E-commerce Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Competition analysis and strategy planning.


Website Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website and platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
  • Optimize website and platform listing performance, including user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website and listing enhancements and new features.


Logistical Operations Management:

  • Assist in the management of logistical operations, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and fulfilment partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline logistical operations and reduce costs.


Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other channels to maximize online visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.


Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience during peak and non-peak periods.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with manager to maintain high service standards and uphold the company's reputation.
  • Aftersales service and managing return/refund requests.
  • Handle and manage walk-in sales and aftersales customer service.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce KPIs, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
