- Supervise warehouse assistants to ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Determine opportunities for improvement and maximize productivity.
- Manage SAP system to optimize time management.
- Monitor all deliveries of raw materials for production, ensuring adherence to the FIFO system.
- Prepare delivery orders, lists for packing and assist with incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Maintain detailed warehouse materials identifications.
- Ensure minimum part levels are maintained and plan for future capacity requirements.
- Support production department by withdrawing raw materials/packaging materials based on stock out request forms and BMR Lists.
- Raise purchase orders as needed and arrange timely maintenance for forklifts and stackers.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Provide monthly inventory reports on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods by month-end; furnish finished goods inventory lists upon management request.
- Manage internal and external audit processes and documentation.
- Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse and distribution areas at all times.
- Handle and adhere to GMP and ISO guidelines, policies, and SOPs.
- Conduct training for warehouse staff on cGMP and ISO SOPs.
- Plan, supervise, and schedule all warehouse staff and their inventory-related tasks.
- Provide feedback or suggestions during and/or after monthly staff meetings.
- Undertake other projects and assignments as instructed or delegated by management and directors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
- At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Immediate starter is preferred
